ACAI BREAKFAST BOWL

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 200g frozen bananas
  • 1 packet Creative Gourmet frozen açaí berry
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup vegan granola
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 passionfruit, sliced
  • 1 tbs coconut flakes
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

Instructions

  • In a high-powered blender combine frozen banana, acai berry, and almond milk, blend until smooth and creamy in consistency
  • Top with home-made or store bought vegan granola, frozen raspberries, passionfruit, coconut flakes, and chia seeds

  1. I love acai bowls! This one looks absolutely amazing! My favorite combination has to be blueberries, acai, and almond milk! They taste like vanilla ice cream together!
